Douglass waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They breezed by the New Summerfield Hornets to the tune of 74-6. Given the Indians' advantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 415th, while the Hornets are ranked 1619th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Douglass is also on a roll lately: they've won 11 of their last 13 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 23.7 points per game.
