Jacob Kunsman posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Saturday. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over six innings pitched. Considering he played a big game the last time he faced off against Conneaut Area back in April of 2024, the result shouldn't come as too huge a shock. Kunsman has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two hits in three consecutive appearances.
