Soccer Recap: Heritage Academy Comes Up Short

Heritage Academy managed to slip by BASIS - Scottsdale the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Heroes came up short against the Bulldogs on Friday, falling 5-0. Heritage Academy have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Heritage Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 3-3. As for BASIS - Scottsdale, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 4-5-2 record this season.

Heritage Academy will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Mission Heights Prep at 4:30 p.m. on the 15th. The match will give Heritage Academy their first taste of in-conference action this season. BASIS - Scottsdale does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
