Soccer Recap: Murray Takes a Loss

Murray was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. While the 0-0 score might suggest a draw, it was the Jordan Beetdiggers who were credited with the win. The Jordan Beetdiggers got it done in the shootout by posting three goals to the Murray Spartans' two. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Jordan this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 2-0 back in September.

Murray's defeat dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Jordan, they are on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4 record this season.

As of now, neither Murray nor Jordan have any future games scheduled.
