Basketball Recap: St. Patrick Comes Up Short

St. Patrick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 33-22 to the Pewamo-Westphalia Pirates. The Shamrocks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Pirates apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in January.

St. Patrick's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Pewamo-Westphalia, they pushed their record up to 2-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season.

St. Patrick will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Fowler at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Pewamo-Westphalia, they will venture away from home to challenge Saranac at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
