Basketball Recap: Little Rock Homeschool Finds Home Court Redemption Against Abundant Life

There's no place like home for Little Rock HomeSchool, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They came out on top against the Abundant Life Owls by a score of 45-38 on Monday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 51-43 back in December of 2024.

When it comes to explaining why Abundant Life lost, don't look at Rosie Townsend. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 17 points and 14 rebounds. Townsend is crushing it when it comes to boards: she's pulled down at least eight every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Amber Kahler, who posted four points.

Little Rock HomeSchool now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Abundant Life, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 4-7.

Little Rock HomeSchool does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Abundant Life, they won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Union Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
