St. Thomas Aquinas's game on Wednesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 victory over the Bow Falcons. Give some credit to the fans of both teams: the last five times they've met, the home team has come away the winner.

The win got St. Thomas Aquinas back to even at 2-2. As for Bow, the loss snapped their winning streak at four games and leaves them with a 4-2 record.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. St. Thomas Aquinas is set to take on their familiar foe Souhegan at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Bow will face off against rival Oyster River at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Falcons 1.5, the Bobcats 1.2) so any runs scored will be well earned.
