Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask St. Clair). They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat the Medford Tigers 79-40. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest win the Cyclones have posted since February 1, 2024.

The victory snapped St. Clair's losing streak at seven games and leaves them with a 6-8 record. As for Medford, they dropped their record down to 0-9 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. Clair will square off against Le Sueur-Henderson at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Le Sueur-Henderson's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last eight matchups. As for Medford, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the Medford Tigers duke it out with the Bethlehem Academy Cardinals at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. Medford is facing Bethlehem Academy at the right time seeing as Bethlehem Academy is stuck on a ten-game losing streak.
