Volleyball Recap: Tri-City Christian Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Tri-City Christian had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They came up short against the Mount Pisgah Academy Mountaineers on Saturday, falling 3-0.

The match finished with set scores of 25-4, 25-3, 25-13.

The victory was the third in a row for Mount Pisgah Academy, bringing their record up to 4-2.

Tri-City Christian will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Hayworth Christian at 6:00 p.m. on the 9th. As for Mount Pisgah Academy, they have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Reynolds Mountain Christian Academy on the 30th.
