If Norview was feeling good fresh off their 11-1 takedown of Manor on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Pilots lost 10-2 to the Granby Comets on Tuesday. The Pilots' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Norview saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jay Leigh, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run.

Norview's loss dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Granby, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games. That's provided a nice bump to their 5-4 record this season.

Norview will face off against Norcom at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Granby, they are taking a road trip to square off against Nansemond-Suffolk Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Saints' pitching crew has only allowed 3.9 runs per game this season, so the Comets' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
