Basketball Recap: Christian Brothers Academy Comes Up Short

Christian Brothers Academy lost against Bishop Ludden back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Christian Brothers Academy Brothers took a 58-46 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bishop Ludden Gaelic Knights. While losing is never fun, the Brothers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New York basketball rankings (they are ranked 181st, while the Gaelic Knights are ranked 16th).

Christian Brothers Academy's loss dropped their record down to 8-10. As for Bishop Ludden, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 17-3.

Christian Brothers Academy has already played their next contest, a 73-63 win against Aquinas Institute on the 20th. As for Bishop Ludden, they will face off against Fayetteville-Manlius at 7:00 p.m. on February 27th.
