Baseball Recap: Arlington Has No Trouble Against Watertown

Arlington never let their opponents score on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 14-0 margin over the Watertown Raiders. That looming 14-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Spy Ponders yet this season.

Will Sadowski made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run while striking out six over five innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Arlington is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 3-5 otherwise. Sadowski was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and two RBI. Those two RBI gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jack Sadowski, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three runs.
