Baseball Recap: Ross Comes Up Short

Ross managed to slip by Napoleon the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Little Giants came up short against the Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 8-1.

Ross' defeat dropped their record down to 11-10. As for Napoleon, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-17.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ross will welcome Huron at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Napoleon, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Anthony Wayne at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Generals' pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so the Wildcats' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
