Basketball Recap: Milledgeville Takes a Loss

Milledgeville was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They were outmatched by the Eastland Cougars and fell 56-16. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Missiles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 61-15 on January 8th.

Milledgeville's loss dropped their record down to 4-16. As for Eastland, they pushed their record up to 13-14 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home.

Milledgeville will host Alden-Hebron at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Eastland, they will head out to face off against Seneca at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
