Soccer Recap: Cabrillo Takes a Loss

Cabrillo was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting the Atascadero Greyhounds an easy 4-0 victory. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Conquistadores this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 6-2 last Tuesday.

Cabrillo's defeat dropped their record down to 2-7-2. As for Atascadero, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 8-4.

Cabrillo will take on Roosevelt in a tournament on Thursday. As for Atascadero, they will be taking part in a tournament against Chaminade at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday. Atascadero is facing Chaminade at the right time seeing as Chaminade is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
