There's no place like home for Ola, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Tuesday. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Hampton Hornets on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Mustangs also won the last time the pair played back in September of 2024.

Ola easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-13.

Makenna Fowler paced Ola's offense, picking up seven kills. Fowler got some help from Ashlyn Phillips and her 13 assists. Camille Lott controlled things from the service line, finishing with five aces.

The win snapped Ola's losing streak at three matches and leaves them with a 21-10 record. As for Hampton, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-15 record this season.

Ola will venture away from home to square off against Grayson at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Hampton, they will host Spalding at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
