Volleyball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Lucy Schwabauer and Summer Hodge Lead John Paul II to Victory

It was a proper cat-fight when John Paul II faced off against Katy on Friday. The Cardinals walked away with a 2-0 win over the Tigers.

John Paul II was led to victory by Summer Hodge and Lucy Schwabauer. Hodge had six digs and three assists, while Schwabauer had 22 assists and ten digs. Schwabauer is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 12 or more in each of the last 17 games she's played dating back to last season. Chloe Gerlach also deserves some recognition as she served her first ace of the season.
