With a playoff win on the line, LBJ Austin rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They strolled past the Brazosport Exporters with points to spare, taking the game 80-66. The Jaguars are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 15 straight.

Ja shawn Waters continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, going 7-for-14 to rack up 20 points and five steals. LBJ Austin is 14-1 when Waters posts three or more steals, but 9-12 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Antione Baker, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 12 points in addition to seven boards and three steals.

LBJ Austin's win was their tenth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 23-13. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 74.5 points over those games. As for Brazosport, they moved to 22-12 with that defeat, which also ended their four-game winning streak.

LBJ Austin wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 43-42 victory against La Feria on the 28th. Brazosport does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
