Lake Mary is 9-1 against Lyman since March of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. Lake Mary is taking a road trip to challenge Lyman at 6:00 p.m. The last five games Lake Mary has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Lake Mary gave up the first runs last Friday, but they didn't let that get them down. They came out on top against Oviedo by a score of 4-3 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The victory continues a trend for the Rams in their matchups with the Lions: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Lyman, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Lake Brantley on Friday, sneaking past 3-1. The win was some much needed relief for the Greyhounds as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak.

Lyman got a great performance from Dawson Reeves as he struck out seven batters over five innings while giving up just one earned run off two hits. Lyman is 3-1 when Reeves allowsthree or fewer earned runs, but 2-13 otherwise.

On the hitting side, Lyman saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Connor Cook, who went 2-for-3 with one RBI.

Lake Mary pushed their record up to 9-11 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 6.7 runs over those games. As for Lyman, the victory was their first at home , bumping their record up to 5-14.

Everything went Lake Mary's way against Lyman in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, as Lake Mary made off with a 14-3 win. Will Lake Mary repeat their success, or does Lyman has a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
