Century waltzed into their game on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Sherwood Bowmen 59-56. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 54-45 back in January.

Century's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Kiara Green, who to rack up 16 points and six rebounds. Another player making a difference was Alyssa Loza, who posted 14 points along with five assists and five steals.

Century smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 16 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in three consecutive matchups.

Century's win bumped their record up to 19-4. As for Sherwood, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-13 record this season.

Century has already played their next game, a 74-52 victory against Liberty on the 21st. Sherwood has also already played their next matchup (against Newberg), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
