Volleyball Recap: Torres Takes a Loss

Torres lost against Immanuel back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Torres Toros fell just short of the Immanuel Eagles by a score of 2-1.

Torres has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost nine of their last ten matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-12 record this season. Immanuel is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-3 record this season.

Coincidentally, Torres and Immanuel will both be playing Wonderful College Prep Academy the next time they take the court. Immanuel will head out to face Wonderful College Prep Academy at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, while Torres will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
