North Greene has gone a perfect 5-0 against Chuckey-Doak recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Wednesday. The Huskies will take on the Black Knights at 4:30 p.m. North Greene will be strutting in after a win while Chuckey-Doak will be coming in after a loss.

North Greene's pitching crew heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victors by a 13-0 margin over Unaka. The Huskies might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won ten contests by seven runs or more this season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 15 runs the game before, Chuckey-Doak was a bit more limited in their game on Monday. They lost 11-2 to University School. The Black Knights' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Chuckey-Doak got a good showing from Abigail Donoho, who pitched three innings while giving up just two earned (and five unearned) runs off two hits.

On the hitting side, Hayleigh Seidl was cooking despite her team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double.

North Greene is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for Chuckey-Doak, their loss dropped their record down to 6-14.

North Greene took their win against Chuckey-Doak in their previous matchup two weeks ago by a conclusive 18-8 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Huskies since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
