Jaila Ellis made a splash no matter where she played. On the mound, she didn't allow a single earned run and only one hit while striking out eight over four innings pitched. Ellis has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive pitching appearances. Ellis was also big at the plate, going 2-for-2 with two runs, a triple, and a stolen base.
