Basketball Recap: Osakis Find Success

Osakis won against Upsala last Friday with 63 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Monday. The Osakis Silverstreaks came out on top in a nail-biter against the Minnewaska Area Lakers, sneaking past 63-61. The Silverstreaks haven't had any issues with the Lakers recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Osakis' victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Minnewaska Area, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-12 record this season.

Osakis won't have much time to rest: their next game is against St. John's Prep at 5:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Minnewaska Area does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
