Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Thornwell). They really took it to the South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind Hornets for the full four quarters, racking up a 70-19 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Saints as it spelled an end to their four-game losing streak dating back to last season.

Thornwell's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-3. As for South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Thornwell will take on GREEN Upstate in a holiday battle at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. As for South Carolina School for the Deaf & Blind, they will venture away from home to take on Whitmire at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
