Baseball Game Preview: Berlin Indians vs. Ripon Tigers

Berlin is preparing for their first conference matchup of the season on Tuesday. They will be playing at home against the Ripon Tigers at 4:45 p.m. Neither of those teams managed to put together many runs in their previous contests, so the offenses might be a little more motivated than usual.

Berlin is headed into the contest having just suffered their closest defeat since April 30, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of Green Lake/Princeton by a score of 4-2.

Meanwhile, Ripon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 10-0 to Kiel.

Berlin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Ripon, their loss dropped their record down to 0-4.

Berlin beat Ripon 6-3 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Will the Indians repeat their success, or do the Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
