Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask West Salem). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Sprague Olympians  a   25-0 shutout  on Wednesday. The  victory continues a trend for the Titans in their matchups with the Olympians: they've now won five in a row.
West Salem's win was  their fifth straight on the road, which  pushed their record up to 13-5. Those  road  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 18.0 runs over those games. As for Sprague,  this is the second loss in a row for them and  nudges their season record down to 3-10.
 Coincidentally, West Salem and Sprague will both be playing McNary the next time they take the field. The Olympians will head out to face the Celtics at 4:30  p.m.  on Friday, while the Titans will  host them  at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday.
