Football Recap: Palmerton Takes a Loss

Palmerton fell victim to Lehighton and their airtight defense on Friday. They were dealt a 35-0 loss at the hands of the Indians. The Blue Bombers were not able to make up for their defeat to the Indians from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Palmerton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Alex Keiper and Ben Negley.

Palmerton's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Lehighton, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Looking ahead, Palmerton will take on Northern Lehigh at 7:10 p.m. on Friday. As for Lehighton, they will face off against Northwestern Lehigh at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Tigers have now posted at least 31 points every time they've taken the field this season.
