Soccer Game Preview: University vs. Seminole

The University Titans will challenge the Seminole Seminoles at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with University sitting on five straight wins and Seminole on four.

University is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Thursday. They never let West Port get on the board and left with a 1-0 victory. Give University's defense some credit: that's the team's third straight shutout.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Nichol Leon, who's now up to five this season.

Meanwhile, Seminole had just enough and edged out Spruce Creek 1-0 on Thursday.

Seminole's win bumped their record up to 5-11. As for University, their victory bumped their record up to 16-2-2.

University might still be hurting after the 4-0 loss they got from Seminole in their previous matchup back in January of 2024. Can the Titans avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
