After a string of three wins, Ridgeview's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 58-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Central Wise Warriors. If the Wolfpack were looking for revenge after losing 58-48 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

It was another big night for Emmah McAmis, who posted 26 points for Central Wise. McAmis' evening made it 12 games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. Aubrey Moore was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Ridgeview's defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 6-3. As for Central Wise, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-1.

Ridgeview has already played their next contest, a 63-43 win against John Battle on the 20th. As for Central Wise, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next match, a 65-42 victory against Pikeville on the 18th.
