Volleyball Game Preview: Timberlane Owls vs. Farmington Tigers

The Timberlane Owls will face off against the Farmington Tigers at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Timberlane is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of New Hampshire's top teams: Londonderry, who was ranked eighth at the time (Timberlane was ranked 12th). The Owls lost 3-0 to the Lancers on Thursday. The Owls have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Farmington was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their 24th straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Dover, falling 3-0.

Farmington's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Timberlane, their loss dropped their record down to 3-8.

Everything went Timberlane's way against Farmington in their previous matchup back in May of 2024, as Timberlane made off with a 3-0 victory. Do the Owls have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
