Soccer Game Preview: Colleyville Heritage vs. Kingwood Park

The Colleyville Heritage Panthers will be taking part in a tournament against the Kingwood Park Panthers at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday. Kingwood Park took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Colleyville Heritage, who comes in off a win.

Colleyville Heritage's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They were the clear victor by a 4-0 margin over Bowie. The high-scoring effort was just what the Panthers needed considering they were shutout in their previous contest.

They hit Bowie with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Ashlyn Bringedahl (2), Camille Seeley, and Addison Shimmick.

Despite a strong season so far, Kingwood Park has seen their luck take a bit of a downturn recently. They lost 3-0 to Weiss on Friday.

Kingwood Park's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Colleyville Heritage, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
