Basketball Recap: Jesuit Comes Up Short

If Jesuit was riding high fresh off their 50-29 takedown of West Salem last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Jesuit Crusaders came up short against the Tualatin Timberwolves on Tuesday, falling 57-33. The Crusaders were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-13.

Jesuit has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-5 record this season. As for Tualatin, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with the victory, which was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Jesuit will square off against Central Catholic at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. Central Catholic has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games. As for Tualatin, they will face off against Beaverton at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
