Pecos is 6-0 against Raton since January of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Saturday. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the Pecos Panthers face off against the Raton Tigers at 3:30 p.m. Pecos will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

On Thursday, Pecos slipped by Tucumcari 56-55.

Meanwhile, Raton had to suffer through a 56-18 loss at the hands of Estancia.

Pecos' win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-5. As for Raton, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-11 record this season.

Pecos beat Raton 61-50 in their previous meeting back in February of 2018. The rematch might be a little tougher for Pecos since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
