Lincoln Southwest won the last time they faced Lincoln High and things went their way on Tuesday too. Lincoln Southwest never let Lincoln High get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. Oscar Tapia had the honor of scoring the game-winner for Lincoln Southwest.

Lincoln Southwest has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those two games. As for Lincoln High, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Lincoln Southwest is set to take on their familiar foe Creighton Prep at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Lincoln High will challenge rival Fremont at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
