Volleyball Recap: Calexico Mission Takes a Loss

Calexico Mission was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 3-0 to the West Shores Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 two weeks ago.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-8, 25-16.

Calexico Mission's loss dropped their record down to 0-13. As for West Shores, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-7.

Coincidentally, Calexico Mission and West Shores will both be playing Borrego Springs the next time they take the court. The Wildcats will host the Rams at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while the RoadRunners will host them at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
