Having just played yesterday, the Houlka Wildcats will jump right back in to play the Velma Jackson Falcons at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Houlka is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 62.2 points per game this season.

Houlka is headed into Saturday's game hungry for a win as their strong season has now been derailed by two straight losses. They took a 60-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of West Union on Friday. The matchup marked the Wildcats' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Tyler Winter, who posted 12 points and three steals. Another player making a difference was Paxton Graves, who put up 11 points and seven boards.

Meanwhile, Velma Jackson ended up a good deal behind St. Andrew's Episcopal on Monday and lost 53-35.

Velma Jackson's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Houlka, their loss dropped their record down to 7-2.
