After having lost a blowout in their previous game against IMG Academy Royal, Central Pointe Christian Academy was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 victory over MVP Baseball Academy. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent win being a 8-7 victory last Monday.

Central Pointe Christian Academy's win bumped their record up to 3-5. As for MVP Baseball Academy, they dropped their record down to 3-5 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Central Pointe Christian Academy will venture away from home to face off against Ridge Community at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for MVP Baseball Academy, they will square off against Central Pointe Christian Academy at 3:00 p.m. on February 26th.
