            Baseball Recap: Watchung Hills Regional Warriors vs. Montgomery Cougars        
        
		
        
        
            There's no place like home for Watchung Hills Regional, who bounced back after a  loss on the road  on Monday. They blew past the Montgomery Cougars 14-0 on Tuesday. The  matchup marked the Warriors' most dominant  victory of the  season.
 ROB CENTAMORE looked comfortable as he  didn't allow a single  earned run while striking out six over four innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in three consecutive appearances.

 At the plate,  MAX PAYNE was  incredible,  going 3-for-4 with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  stolen base. Those  three  hits gave  him a new career-high.  STEFANO DiGERONIMO was another key player,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with three  runs and one  RBI.
 Watchung Hills Regional  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 13  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Montgomery only managed two  hits.
Watchung Hills Regional moved to 8-6 with that  win, which also ended their five-game losing streak. As for Montgomery, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-9.
 Looking ahead, Montgomery will be playing at home against Hopewell Valley Central  at 4:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. Watchung Hills Regional will be paying especially close attention to the Cougars'  game: after the Cougars face off against the Bulldogs, they'll take on Watchung Hills Regional again  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
