Sedro-Woolley came into their game on Friday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 3-0 to Sehome. The Cubs have struggled against the Mariners recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Squalicum beat Mt. Baker 3-1 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Storm in their matchups with the Mountaineers: they've now won seven in a row.

Sedro-Woolley's loss dropped their record down to 3-5. As for Squalicum, the win got them back to even at 4-4.
