Volleyball Recap: Fort Zumwalt East Comes Up Short

Fort Zumwalt East was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the North Point Grizzlies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Grizzlies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on April 8th.

The final score came out to 25-20, 25-19, 25-15.

Fort Zumwalt East's defeat dropped their record down to 10-12. As for North Point, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-4 record this season.

Fort Zumwalt East has already played their next game (against Warrenton), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. As for North Point, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Liberty on the 25th.
