Baseball Recap: Union City Comes Up Short

Thursday just wasn't the day for Union City's offense. They lost 10-0 to the East Robertson Indians on Thursday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Golden Tornadoes have suffered since May 10, 2024.

Union City's defeat dropped their record down to 20-9. As for East Robertson, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-10 record this season.

Union City does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Robertson, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 13-1 win against University School on the 22nd.
