She is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played. Ange Hyonkeu was another key player, almost dropping a double-double with 11 points and nine boards.

Even though they lost, St. Anne's-Belfield smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 12 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive rebounds in eight consecutive games.

Meanwhile, Virginia Episcopal School hadn't done well against Miller School of Albemarle recently (they were 2-7 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Virginia Episcopal School secured a 67-63 W over Miller School of Albemarle. The victory continues a trend for the Bishops in their matchups with the Mavericks: they've now won three in a row.

Virginia Episcopal School's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for St. Anne's-Belfield, their loss was their first of the season and makes their record 17-1.
