Volleyball Recap: Santiago Victorious

On Tuesday, the Santiago Sharks earned a 3-1 win over the Poly Bears. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Sharks.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-23, 19-25, 25-23.

Logan Chambers paced Santiago's offense, picking up 14 kills. Chambers got some help from Carson Chambers and his 42 assists.

Santiago now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Poly, their defeat ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 5-1.

Coming up, Santiago will head out on the road to face off against Centennial at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. The last four games Centennial has played have been within one set, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Poly, they will welcome Murrieta Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
