O'Connor came tearing into Thursday's game with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Desert Vista Thunder as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on April 1st.

O'Connor walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-16, 25-16, 25-12.

Noah Kaoni paced O'Connor's offense, picking up 11 kills. Kaoni got some help from Jack Slight and his 20 assists. Kaoni also made an impact serving: he shared the team lead in aces with Blake Sheinin, racking up three apiece.

O'Connor's win was their sixth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 25-8-1. As for Desert Vista, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 13-20.

O'Connor wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Mountain Ridge on the 25th. As for Desert Vista, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-1 win against Corona del Sol on the 29th.
