Basketball Recap: San Angelo HomeSchool Comes Up Short

San Angelo HomeSchool was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 37-12 to the Gustine Tigers. If the Saints were looking for revenge after losing 25-10 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

San Angelo HomeSchool's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Gustine, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

San Angelo HomeSchool will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Trinity at 6:00 p.m. on January 28, 2025. As for Gustine, they will host Cross Plains at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cross Plains will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Gustine surely won't give up without a fight.
