Soccer Recap: High Tech CV Takes a Loss

High Tech CV lost against Preuss UCSD back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The High Tech CV Bruins lost 4-1 to the Preuss UCSD Tritons. While losing is never fun, the Bruins can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 946th, while the Tritons are ranked 449th).

High Tech CV's goal came courtesy of Diego Marquez, who's now up to two this season.

High Tech CV's defeat was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 2-6-1. As for Preuss UCSD, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-5-1.

High Tech CV is taking a road trip to challenge Chula Vista Learning Community Charter at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Preuss UCSD, they will head out to face off against Bayfront Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
