After low-scoring totals in their previous four match, Elizabeth brought some dynamite into their most recent contest. They were the clear victors by a 19-9 margin over the Brearley Bears on Tuesday. The Minutemen's hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

Elizabeth's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-9. As for Brearley, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road.
