Basketball Recap: Texas Wind Takes a Loss

If Texas Wind was riding high fresh off their 63-22 takedown of Non Varsity Opponent on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Texas Wind took a 45-37 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kerens Bobcats on Friday. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Texas Wind this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 51-46 last Thursday.

Texas Wind now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Kerens, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.

Texas Wind has already played their next match, a 51-34 loss against Grace Academy on the 9th. As for Kerens, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, an 84-50 win against Blooming Grove on the 6th.
