Volleyball Game Preview: Sheldon Huskies vs. Pleasant Grove Eagles + How To Watch

Sheldon is 0-10 against Pleasant Grove since May of 2021 but things could change on Tuesday. The Huskies will challenge the Eagles at 6:00 p.m.

Sheldon came up short against Elk Grove on Tuesday, falling 3-0.

While Sheldon was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Elk Grove's winning margin in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-20, 27-25.

Meanwhile, Pleasant Grove earned a 3-1 victory over Monterey Trail on Thursday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Eagles.

Pleasant Grove walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). The match finished with set scores of 25-17, 19-25, 25-17, 25-12.

Pleasant Grove's victory bumped their record up to 16-10. As for Sheldon, their loss dropped their record down to 2-12.

Sheldon might still be hurting after the 3-0 defeat they got from Pleasant Grove in their previous matchup back in September. Can the Huskies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
